    Hi there, Alex writing from NEW Jersey.
    I found your answer on cheesecake classification insufficient.
    Fine Cooking has published a compelling article on the subject (follow the attached link).
    “Cake” has a very broad definition, but pie perfectly describes the form of the cheesecake with its crumbly crust and filling.
    Why use the generic form describing everything from mud to soap to deep fried fish purée? I present for your consideration: the cheesepie.

    Your download server is excruciatingly slow. And the size of your files is way too big. There is no need for the audio resolution you are using. Typical 1 hour podcasts are about 40 to 45meg. Your 50 minute show is 75meg and it has been downloading for 10 minutes so far.
